Tom Morgan has been a home inspector for more than 30 years. Born and raised in Connecticut, he knows how the harsh New England winters can affect area homes. He’s also well-versed on the construction techniques used in many of the area’s century homes from his years as a licensed home improvement contractor.
Tom is well-regarded within the home inspection profession. He has penned several articles for the “Journal of Light Construction” as well as having been asked to provide court affidavits for construction disputes and audits.
Tom served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
