ASHI, the largest and most well-regarded organization of home inspectors in North America, publishes a code of ethics that each of the organization's 6,000+ home inspector members agrees to abide by. This code provides the core guidelines for home inspectors' professional behavior and covers such topics as conflicts of interest (or appearances of such conflicts), good faith and professional conduct.
