Why Sound Home Inspection?
Good, quality home inspections give you the information you need to evaluate a property in a timely and easy-to-understand manner. At Sound Home Inspection, LLC, we take the home buyers through the property, giving them an opportunity to ask questions and address issues directly with the inspector. After the inspection, you don’t have to wait days and days for the written report. We use software that allows us to generate detailed reports, complete with photographs, and forward it to you via email within 48 hours. We understand that knowledge is important to any real estate transaction and we want you to have what you need as soon as possible.
Sound Home Inspection’s president and principal inspector, Tom Morgan, brings more than 30 years of experience to your inspection. He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)-certified inspector, has published articles in trade journals and is regularly asked for legal statements on construction disputes.
Keep in mind, all inspection reports are NOT equal. Sound Home Inspection’s state-of-the-art report generator creates comprehensive, detailed reports which include photos and videos. Drone footage is also used as needed (additional fee). Other reports may not have as much thorough, in-depth information.
